The Black Rabbits Academy

- "Remember -- that which does not kill us can only make us stronger."
- "And that which does kill us leaves us dead!"

-- (Terry Pratchett, Carpe Jugulum)

It was a surprise to me but I was approached by H Lecter of The Black Rabbits Academy to act as a guest lecturer for young aspiring Pirates.

I was hesitant at first as I generally keep to myself but having thought about it over the weekend it seemed like quite an honour, so this evening I replied to the mail with confirmation of my intent.
It's an interesting concept and I hope it goes from strength to strength and I may just learn some things myself.

Sylper Illysten > The thought of a generation of Kane educated pirates fills me with an unreasonable amount of dread

Good on ya Kane.

I am looking forward to having you over..

Unless your style of teaching is "i will blow you up and hope you learn something!" BOOM.

Seems to be official now :D

The students are excited and look forward to your lecture - honestly speaking, I'm excited about it as well :)

May the YARR be with you mate!

I know a couple of Hellcats who'd likely pay Black Rabbits Academy to sit in as guest auditors if that is possible. :)

This is super idea, Kane. The couple of times you've been on Bastards voice comms, you were very amusing. That plus the knowledge you have to share equals double win. I hope you'll blog about it after the fact.

Oh, Mynxee :)

Guess you got my Eve-mail - maybe we can work out a deal.

I'll try to catch you in game tonight if you're available ;)

Kane as a guest lecturer.

New Eden take note: I can see a new generation of rifter flying, Terry Pratchet quoting pirates swarming into a 'safe' system near you.

Would love to hear about it and a fine, fine idea by the Black Rabbits.
